CBSE 12th result 2019 date: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the result of Class 12 today. The result of both class 10 and class 12 will be hosted on the official websites – cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and results.nic.in. Tech giant Google is also hosting the result.

How to Check CBSE 12th Results

  • Log on to the CBSE website cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in and results.nic.in.
  • Click on the link for CBSE Class 12th results
  • Enter your Roll number, stream and other required details in the given fields, and then click on “Submit”.
  • Now, click on ‘Save’ to download your CBSE result 2019.

Merit List and Pass Percentage CBSE Class 12th 2019

Over 31 lakh candidates appeared for the Class 12 exams this year and the pass percentage is 83.4. In 2018, of the 11.84 lakh students who had registered for the CBSE Class 12 exams, 11.06 lakh actually appeared for the examination. The pass percentage was 83.01.

The top-performing region is Trivandrum with a pass percentage of 98.2. In Chennai region, the pass percentage is 92.93, while in Delhi region, 91.78 percent of students passed the exam. Overall, girls outperformed boys by 9 percent. While 88.70 percent of girls passed the exams, 83.3 percent of transgender students also cleared it. The overall pass percentage of boys for the CBSE Class 12 exams stands at 79.4 percent.

CBSE Result 2019 Class 12 Previous Year’s Analysis

Last year, the CBSE Class 12 Result was declared on 29th May 2019. A total of around 11 lakh candidates appeared for the Class 12 Results, of which 83.01% students managed to clear the exam with flying colours. Post the declaration of CBSE Class 12th Result, the Board will make the necessary arrangements for the issuance of original marksheets.
